Both pickups come from Fender's newly-developed Yosemite series and feature flat staggered poles and a shellac coating. That means they deliver a higher output and prevent problems with feedback. Two volume controls allow you to mix the sound to perfection and the Tone potentiometer has a Greasebucket Tone circuit that gives you more control over the higher frequencies as well as keeping the lower ones in check.
